To develop and execute a campaign, I have to unlock different versions of myself — I’m part dreamer (I like coming up with “mild to wild” ideas), part Type A planner (I manage timelines and R1s and R2s all day) and part investigator (I put myself in the consumer’s shoes and try to think how they would).
