The New Era of Leadership

Chief

As the largest network of senior executive women, Chief launched The New Era of Leadership campaign to unveil what leaders face today and to honor the executives and companies that are shaping the future of business. Spanning five months, The New Era of Leadership comprised two research reports and culminated in an inaugural awards campaign honoring executive women and companies redefining business as usual. From conception to execution, I managed Chief’s biggest brand campaign to date, which included creative direction, content development, project management and marketing strategy.

The New Era of Leadership Report

The New Era of Leadership Report by Chief takes the pulse of today’s rapidly shifting business environment. We surveyed 600 C-Suite executives to identify the biggest challenges ahead and the skills needed to navigate them.

What else is top of mind for executives in 2024?

The pressure is on. Executives need to innovate and deliver results — all while upholding a purpose. But where do they really stand on DEI? Or when to speak out on social issues? To uncover what else executives are facing in this new era of leadership, Chief conducted additional research and revealed new findings straight from the C-Suite.

A new kind of leader deserves a new kind of award.

The inaugural New Era of Leadership Awards recognize executive women and companies shaping the future of business. The inaugural class of winners and honorees represent the creativity, innovation, empathy, purpose, and resilience that’s shaping the future of business.

Nominated by the public and carefully selected by a panel of esteemed judges, Chief recognized the 75 exceptional executives and companies defining this new era of leadership. To optimize for reach and maximize social sharing, we developed a dedicated page featuring custom editorial content for each winner, along with personalized promotional toolkits for their use. The result? A significant majority (60%) of winners enthusiastically shared the announcement, enabling Chief to build its credibility through association with these distinguished executives and companies.
